Motor vehicles make transportation practical and convenient, but also create dangerous situations that can lead to serious injury or death. Too often, these accidents are the fault of negligent drivers who are impaired by drinking, distracted by texting or making other poor decisions behind the wheel. When that occurs, the convenience of motor vehicles becomes secondary to worries about paying medical bills, losing wages and getting back to a normal way of life.
For over 30 years, Gismondi & Associates has helped accident victims and their families secure the compensation they need as a result of motor vehicle accidents. Below is a sample of the many recoveries our firm has secured on victims' behalf:

One of his legs was burned so bad that it had to be amputated. He spent more than a year getting burn treatment at Mercy Hospital.
