Firm Philosophy

Our Pledge ... Honesty, Hard Work and Commitment

The relationship between you and your lawyer is a special one. It is a relationship that demands trust, confidence, and understanding. Those are the qualities that have been reflected in our work for more than two decades ... qualities we can provide to you. We begin to handle your case in a very simple and common sense way ... we listen to what you have to say. You tell us your story, we ask some questions, and then we will tell you what needs to be done with your case.

At Gismondi & Associates, we take great pride in working hard and doing a thorough job for each client. We also think it is important to keep you advised of developments in your case and, most importantly, to return your phone calls! After all, you have a right to know what is going on with your case.

All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. That means that you do not pay any fee out of your own pocket. We earn our fee only when the case is over, and only if we have succeeded in getting an award or settlement for you.

Our office staff consists of courteous and friendly professionals who know their jobs and know how to take care of your needs.

In addition to the lawyers at Gismondi & Associates, our staff consists of medical personnel, secretarial staff, clerical personnel, and law clerks, all of whom are trained to do the support work necessary for our firm to get successful results for our clients.

Please browse our FAQ or Practice Areas sections for more specific information on how we handle our cases.

If you have a question about a possible personal injury case involving you or a loved one, feel free to contact us at 412-281-2200 or toll-free at 1-888-529-1255, or you may fill out our simple case form and e-mail your case to us. Either way, we will consult with you and investigate your case free of charge.
