Large Six-figure Settlement 

A retired real estate agent from Mt. Lebanon was struck and killed by a truck as she crossed the Boulevard of the Allies in Pittsburgh. By using accident reconstruction evidence, we were able to prove that the truck driver should have had an opportunity to see this pedestrian well in advance of hitting her even though it was nighttime.
