Significant six-figure award

A young woman in Pittsburgh’s East End was attacked and raped in her apartment by a serial rapist who was known to be in the area. We filed a personal injury claim against the landlord of the apartment building on the grounds that the rapist had entered the building through windows that did not have a proper locking mechanism.
