Significant six-figure recovery 

A middle-aged woman from Beaver fell while working at the Beaver Valley Geriatric Center and suffered serious orthopedic injuries. The fall was caused by an oily substance on the floor that had not been removed by the cleaning service, which took care of the geriatric facility.
