Significant six-figure recovery

An elderly woman from Westmoreland County suffered a serious arm fracture during physical therapy. We filed a claim against the physical therapy company claiming that the exercises they performed violated the prescription given by the orthopedic doctor, and that is what led to the arm fracture.
