Very significant six-figure settlement

A middle-aged man from the North Hills was in the hospital where he passed out on a few occasions. The doctors failed to discover that the reason he was passing out was due to an abnormal heart rhythm. They should have discovered that and placed a pacemaker, but that did not happen.
