That means moving quickly to collect all of your medical records, and then using our in-house medical personnel as well as the top flight doctors from around the country to serve as consultants for us in order to understand what happened with your medical treatment and why.

We Keep you Informed

Throughout this investigation, we aim to keep you abreast of what is happening, and when you have questions, we make it a priority to take your call or give you a prompt return if we are unavailable.

If we determine you have good grounds for a lawsuit, we will file a legal claim on your behalf and will handle it of a contingent fee basis which means that you owe us nothing unless the case is successful and we obtain a recovery for you. Once we file a lawsuit, one of our main goals is to move it as quickly as possible from start to finish.
